At 6 p.m., Vietnam Veterans of America #278 will hold a service commemorating the 30th anniversary of the dedication of the Korea/ Vietnam Memorial in downtown Texarkana at 7th Street and State Line Avenue. The memorial recognizes those veterans who were killed in action and/or listed as prisoners of war/missing in action from the Korean and Vietnam Wars that are from 17 counties from Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, and three parishes from Louisiana.
