Discovery Place Interactive Museum at 215 Pine in downtown Texarkana will host “Stories with Thing 1 & Thing 2” at 2 p.m. Stories by Dr. Seuss will be read and then imaginations will be stretched while making Dr. Seuss- themed crafts. Cupcakes and ice cream will be served to wish Dr. Seuss a late birthday! Cost for members is $2 and others are $7.
