The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary Annual “Gladys Morriss” Stone Soup Luncheon will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church’s Cabe Center located at 400 E. 6th Street in Texarkana, Arkansas. Tickets are on sale for $10 per person for dine in or take out. Lunch will include stone soup, salad, garlic bread, dessert and drink. All proceeds will go to sponsor local children at summer camp, to aid operations at the Center of Hope Homeless Shelter and to support the local Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club. Tickets may be purchased through any Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary member or by contacting the office at 870-774-2701.
