Harvest Regional Food Bank will host its 28th annual Taste of Texarkana event from 5-8 p.m. at the Four States Fairgrounds Arena. Restaurants, breweries and wineries will offer samples of their dishes and beverages. All proceeds benefit Harvest’s hunger relief services.
