The Texarkana Area Chapter #278 of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc. will host its 23rd annual Veterans Information Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Texas Elks Lodge #2771. This fair assists veterans, active duty, reserve and National Guard personnel and their families to obtain information from a variety of sources on VA benefits, programs, and other assistance.
