The eighth annual “Hats and Horses: A Day At The Derby,” hosted by Eagle Impact
for Texas A&M University-Texarkana, is Texarkana’s premiere Kentucky Derby watch party. Each year, guests watch the live running of the Kentucky Derby while enjoying Derby-themed food and live music—all while raising funds and awareness to benefit Eagle Impact scholarships, athletics, and student life.
