The 75th annual Four States Fair will take place at the Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana, Arkansas. A 10-day event, the fair line up includes a carnival, livestock shows, daily entertainment on the outdoor stage, a Downtown Parade, Equipment Rodeo, Demo Derby and three nights of PRCA Rodeo.
