The Texarkana Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Celebration, “A Night at the Symphony,” on January 25 at Texarkana Convention Center. The event was held to recognize volunteers, celebrate the success of 2018, install the 2019 Chairman of the Board Curtis Schneekloth, recognize retiring board members, and welcome new board members. Cary Patterson, of Nix, Patterson & Roach, L.L.P. received the 2018 C.E. Palmer Achievement Award, and Chelsy Short of Farmers Bank & Trust received the Ambassador of the Year Award.
