Operation Jerusalem, a First Baptist Church Texarkana project, held a luncheon on October 14 at the church to make check presentations to 19 local elementary school principals. Unrestricted checks for $3,000 were distributed to these principals for use at their schools to enhance education and social efforts.

Operation Jerusalem’s mission is to reach out into the local community with significant gifts to help local nonprofits and groups in practical ways.
