TC Hosts Farewell Reception for President James Henry Russell
/On December 11, Texarkana College hosted a Farewell Reception for President James Henry Russell in honor of his many contributions to Texarkana College and the Texarkana community. The TC president since 2011, James Henry officially vacated his position on December 31, and began work in the private sector for BWI Companies, Inc.
