Junior League of Texarkana hosts Shoes for the Soul and Clothes for a Cause

On September 21, the Junior League of Texarkana hosted Shoes for the Soul and Clothes for a Cause at Target.  Twice a year, the League works with local schools to identify students who are in need of new shoes and clothing, and they are invited to join the JLT for a morning of shopping.  This project was led by co-chairs, Kayla Howard and Colby Pair.
