The Oaklawn Rotary Club of Texarkana’s Annual Drawdown was held on October 23 at the Elks 399 Lodge in Texarkana, Arkansas. is record setting event for the club raised over $10,000. All money raised from the event will be distributed to local nonprofit organizations in the Texarkana area.
