Judy Morgan hosted the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra’s board and members of the community during a reception honoring TSO’s newly appointed music director, Philip Mann. Maestro Mann will conduct the TSO for the first time, as Music Director, in its season opening concert on October 5, 2019.
