On September 9, United Way of Greater Texarkana held its 2019-2020 Campaign Kickoff at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. United Way’s focus areas are education, health and financial stability. This year’s campaign co-chairs are Drs. Emily and Thomas Cutrer. The goal of the campaign has been set for $900,000. Josh and Martha Morriss were honored as “Lifetime Supporters” of United Way of Greater Texarkana. The guest speaker was Anthony Escobar, Executive Director of Caddo Area Council Boy Scouts.
