The Women for A&M-Texarkana’s annual Mingle & Jingle social was recently held at the home of Jeanna and Mike Rogers. The event was catered by Julie’s Deli. Women for A&M-Texarkana presented checks worth more than $85,000 to the university to be used for scholarships. A donation of $10,000 was made to the university for the Women for A&M-Texarkana scholarships, and $75,719.93 was donated to the Texas A&M University Foundation Endowed Scholarship. The donation to the Texas A&M University Foundation will be matched dollar for dollar by the Foundation Board of Directors under the Double Your Impact campaign initiated last year.

All of the donations were funded by Women for A&M-Texarkana membership dues, personal gifts and proceeds from the organization’s Annual Gourmet Brunch and Gourmet Dinner.
