Women for the Arts’ Art of Fine Dining

The Texarkana Convention Center was the setting on February 14 for the Women for the Arts’ Art of Fine Dining event. Hors d’oeurvres and champagne were served during a pre-party event. Southern American Cuisine and wine pairings were then served as the main event featuring a five-course meal.
