Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce hosts Women in Business Conference (Copy)
/On January 25, the Twin City Chapter of Top Teens of America (TTA) held its annual Blue and Silver Ball. Top Ladies, Top Teens, Lords and guests enjoyed an evening of elegance at the Regional Arts Center. The event celebrated graduating seniors and the officers and members of the Twin City Chapter of Top Teens of America.
Victoria Davis Sutton serves as the local chapter TTA President; Shelia Bishop Dukes is the local chapter TTA Advisor; and Barbara Larry is TLOD Chapter President. Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.(TLOD) was founded in Tyler, Texas, in 1964. Top Teens is the number one program thrust of TLOD. Top Teens of America (TTA) provides teens the opportunity to receive extracurricular support, career and character development training, along with key community volunteer opportunities.
