The Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce hosted the first Women in Business Conference on March 4 at the Texarkana Texas Convention Center. Special guest speakers were Marlene Creighton from the Hershey Company and Jessica Haas, America’s first female speed painter. The attendees enjoyed a panel in the morning and breakout sessions in the afternoon. The keynote sponsor for the event was the Texas Pioneer Foundation.
