Over 10,200 yellow ducks were adopted for The Great Texarkana Duck Race held August 18 at Holiday Springs Water Park. The event raised approximately $45,000-$50,000 which benefits 3D Mammography Services at the CHRISTUS St. Michael Imaging Center. First place winner, Patsy Carver, took home the 2018 Kia Forte LX from Classic Kia Gregg Orr Auto; second place winner, Joyce Megason, won a $1,000 gift card from Dillard’s; third place winner, Don Rollins, won a $1,000 gift certificate from Holiday Cleaners; fourth place winners, Miller, James, Miller & Hornsby, LLP, took home a $500 gift card from Super 1 Foods; Julie Sinha won fifth place, a Tundra 65 Yeti Cooler from Ledwell Machinery.
