Main Street Texarkana’s Dine on the Line was held October 4 in downtown Texarkana. Presented by Farmers Bank & Trust, diners were served a farm-to-table dinner, right on the state line, in front of the Federal Courthouse and U.S. Post Office. Music was provided by North Heights Junior High School Band and Chasing Rita. At sunset, as in years past, guests raised their glasses for a toast to our cities and the downtown that both share.
