Hospice of Texarkana celebrated supporters on December 6 at Texarkana Country Club. The annual Christmas Appreciation Dinner was attended by volunteers, staff, volunteer board members, and donors. Jazz entertainment was provided by Candace Taylor, Marc André Bougie, and George Buckner. The agency awarded plaques to the Employee of the Year – Amber Johnson, RN; Spiritual Volunteer of the Year – Frank Kirvin; Volunteers of the Year – Agnes Hewitt and Sue Barchenger; and to Board President John Stanley as he completes his term.
