Lone Star Chapter DAR
/The Lone Star Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, hosted a meet and greet for Celia Belt on December 7 in the Texarkana College Library and the 1894 Art Gallery & Market. Celia is the author of “Remarkably Intact,” and co-founder of the award-winning charity, Moonlight Fund, which provides emotional and financial support for burn victims.
