Retirement Reception honors Caddo Area Council’s Linda Willis

On January 14, a retirement reception was held to honor Linda Crow Willis, who served the Caddo Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, for 18 years.  In Linda’s role as the Exploring & Learning for Life Director, her impact and legacy on the Scouting Movement will endure for generations.
