“Twist & Shout the ’50s” was the theme of Texarkana Resources’ Appreciation Luncheon which was held June 29 at the Ross Parker Training Center. The event celebrated the organization’s 50th anniversary and recognized the many community partners who support the agency. Texarkana Resources provides training and support which enablespersons with disabilities to reach their highest potential in the community.
