Main Street Texarkana recently spread some encouragement during the Coronavirus pandemic. Signs were made with uplifting quotes, and Executive Director Ina McDowell gave out each sign to a different business around Texarkana. “We circulate among everybody,” mentioned Ina. This was one way to show who was still open during this uncertain time. Check Mark Designs is a business on Broad Street that was very generous in producing these signs for Main Street Texarkana.
